The quickest way to find out whether a partnership could work is to tell us about your business. Call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Lines are open Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. The first 30-minute conversation is free and carries no obligation.

Three ways to reach us
Pick whichever suits the way you work.
- Call (604) 632-4959 if you'd rather explain the business out loud. A missed call is fine: leave your name, your business and when you're free, and we'll ring back.
- Text (604) 632-4959 if you're between jobs or meetings. A few lines is plenty to start.
- Email Ali@Sedighi.ca if you want to include more detail or attach a summary of your numbers.
All three reach Ali Sedighi directly. Consultations are available by video call or in person, wherever in Canada you are.
What to include in your first message
Five pieces of information let us give you a useful answer quickly. Approximate figures are fine.
- What you sell, and to whom. One or two sentences.
- Where you operate. Province or territory, and whether you serve one city or several.
- What a new customer is worth. A typical first order, job or contract value, and a rough margin if you know it.
- How customers find you today. Referrals, search, a sales team, trade shows, repeat business.
- Why now. A capacity change, a new service, a stalled year, or a past arrangement that didn't work.
A template you can copy:
Hi Ali, I run [Business name] in [City, Province]. We sell [product or service] to [type of customer]. A typical new customer is worth about [$ amount] and our margin is roughly [%]. Most customers come from [sources]. We're interested in the Growth Partner Program because [reason]. You can reach me at [phone or email], ideally [time].
What happens next
We read what you sent, then reply with one of three answers.
- "Let's talk." If a partnership looks plausible, we arrange a call to go through your numbers and your sales process.
- "Probably not a partnership, but here's what might help." If performance pay doesn't suit your situation, we'll suggest a fixed-fee option from the consulting options page, or point you elsewhere.
- "Not right now." Partnerships are limited. If there's no room, we'll say so plainly.
If the conversation goes well, the next step is a readiness review, followed by a shared scorecard and, if both sides agree, a written agreement.
Before you get in touch
A little preparation makes the first conversation far more useful. Try to pull together:
- monthly sales or new-customer counts for the last one or two years, even rough ones
- any record of where customers came from
- a note of anything unusual recently: a big one-off contract, a lost key client, a price change
Our guide to building a trustworthy baseline explains why these matter. You don't need to send customer names or personal details at this stage, and we'd rather you didn't.
If you've tried a performance deal before
Tell us what happened; it helps more than you'd think. Many owners come to us after an arrangement that ended badly, often over disputed numbers or unclear ownership of accounts. If that's you, mention it in your first message. Knowing where the last one went wrong tells us which parts of a new agreement need the most care, and our guide on why partnerships break down covers the usual causes.
A note on privacy
We only use your details to reply to you. We email people who have contacted us first, and you can ask us to stop at any time. Business information you share during a review is used to assess and do the work, and you decide how much to share; confidentiality terms can be written into your agreement. The FAQ covers more about how partnerships work, and the pricing page lists the published fees.
Frequently asked questions
Who will I talk to?
Ali Sedighi, MBA, who leads every partnership. The first conversation is with the person who would actually be responsible for the work.
What if I'm in a different time zone?
Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific, which runs into the evening in Atlantic Canada and Newfoundland. Texts and emails can be sent at any time, and we usually reply within one business day.
Do I need to send financial statements in my first message?
No. Rough figures are enough to begin. Detailed records come later, during a readiness review, and you choose what to share.
Is the first conversation really free?
Yes. The initial 30-minute consultation is free and carries no obligation.
