Every result on this page comes from the group's work with heating and cooling companies. They are results from our HVAC work, and we offer them as evidence that a measured, focused approach can move real numbers, not as a promise about your industry. Each client is named and linked so you can look at the business yourself.

The cases
Four results that matter most to an owner weighing a performance partnership.
CombiBoiler.ca
CombiBoiler.ca is the clearest return-on-spend case: 300% ROI, together with 300+ monthly leads and 500+ page-1 rankings on combi-boiler searches.
What it shows: return measured against spend, which is the kind of number a partnership scorecard should be built to read.
HVACDeal.ca
HVACDeal.ca produced 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI.
What it shows: that lead volume and return can be tracked together. Volume without return is just noise; return without volume doesn't scale.
BCWide.ca
BCWide.ca saw 3× leads in 90 days.
What it shows: some changes register quickly. A partnership agreement should recognise that early movement and slower compounding gains both exist.
HeatLand
Over 850+ SEO articles, HeatLand built the base for a 300% lead increase in 6 months.
What it shows: sustained content work at volume, measured against leads rather than traffic alone.

What these results don't show
Honest reading matters more than the headline numbers. These cases don't tell you:
- what would happen in a sector with different margins, sales cycles or buyers
- how much of each result came from market conditions rather than the work
- what a Growth Partner Program agreement would pay or cost in your case
We point this out because a performance partnership depends on both sides reading evidence carefully. If we overstated our own results, you'd be right to doubt how we'd read yours.
What transfers to other industries
The method transfers, even though the numbers don't. Across these HVAC projects, the common pattern was:
- Define the result first. Leads, booked jobs and return on spend were measured in records the client trusted.
- Concentrate effort. A few channels done thoroughly beat many done lightly.
- Fix the leaks. Follow-up speed and website conversion often mattered as much as new traffic.
- Review on a fixed rhythm. The same numbers, read the same way, every period.
That is the same discipline the shared growth scorecard builds into every partnership, whatever the sector.
Why we don't show other kinds of proof
We only publish results we can name, link and stand behind. That rules out anonymous success stories, borrowed logos and quotes we can't verify. It means our evidence is narrower than some advisers', and concentrated in one sector. We think that's the right trade: a smaller set of checkable results is more useful to an owner deciding whether to share risk with us than a larger set they would have to take on faith.
It also mirrors how a partnership works. The shared growth scorecard only counts results that can be read from records, and we hold our own marketing to the same standard.
How to judge any adviser's results
Ask the same questions of us that you'd ask of anyone.
| Question | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Is the client named and the site live? | Anonymous results can't be checked |
| What was measured, and from which records? | "Traffic up" isn't "sales up" |
| Over what period? | Short windows can flatter |
| What else changed at the time? | Seasons, prices and competitors all move numbers |
| Does the result match my type of business? | A different sector may behave differently |
Our guide on vetting a performance partner goes further. If you'd like to talk through what these cases might mean for your business, see the Growth Partner Program or get in touch through the contact page.
Frequently asked questions
Do you have results from my industry?
Our published case studies are all from HVAC work. We don't claim results in other sectors, and you should treat these as evidence of a method rather than a forecast for your business.
Were these Growth Partner Program partnerships?
The case studies describe results from the group's HVAC marketing and website work. We don't present them as examples of the program's payment structure, only as evidence of how measured growth work performed.
Can I see more case studies?
The full list is published at hvac.agency/case-studies, with each client named and linked.
Why don't you show client quotes?
We only publish results we can name and link. That keeps the evidence checkable.
